The Alcardee Herald
Welcome to the Carpentersville Memories Dundee Community High Student Newspaper Page, The Alcardee Herald. Our goal is to bring back some fun memories of growing up in the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s and 1980s.
We bring back Memories you didn’t know you had
Did you remember The Alcardee Herald?
The Alcardee Herald
In the 1940’s the newspaper was published twice per month, that’s a lot of work. It is so much fun to read these school newspapers from so long ago. A special thank you to Brad Stych, whose Mom was on the Alcardee staff in the 1940’s, for donating many of these.
