David Radzik Family – My address was 120 Hazard Rd.. and the immediate neighbors address was actually 2 Birch St. The 8mm film was shot by my uncle. The wedding was my aunt and the baby being brought home, is my younger brother… we always had neighborhood backyard BBQ’s, that several families participated in.

This is a great video from Howard Schock that shows lots of construction in the Carpentersville and Dundee area.  Included are shots of the building of Schock’s Cafe, great machinery and cars from the 1950s, and some area landmarks (some that are not around anymore).  This video is over 50 minutes long and worth watching every minute, a great piece of area history.
