Kozielek; loving mother of Sharon (Jack) Mueller, Rich Kozielek, John (Katie) Kozielek and Sandra M. Trainor; devoted and loving grandmother of Jenny (Eric), Jeff (Marybeth), Jacob (fiancee Ashley), Jonathan, Barbie (Mark), Colleen, Corinne (Patrick), Michael and Julia and great-grandmother of Nathan, Matthew, Emma, Alyssa, Erin, Logan, Kayla and Isabel; dear sister of Stephanie (late Thomas) Cappello and a loving aunt.
