Cock A Doodle Restaurant
Welcome to the Carpentersville Memories Cock A Doodle Page. Our goal is to bring back some fun memories of growing up in the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s and 1980s.
We bring back Memories you didn’t know you had
Did you ever eat at the Cock A Doodle?
This was the casual restaurant owned by the same group as the Milk Pail/Fin and Feather Shops. Remember dancing in the aisle as a kid?
If you have any Cock A Doodle images or menus to share please contact us.
Cock A Doodle Restaurant
Located outside was a rooster that children could sit on. It was a great photo op. Inside they were known for serving down-home food. This place was home to their famous fried chicken, real-deal ribs, succulent shrimp, superb sandwiches, and delectable tarts.
