Did you get enough to eat at Viking Smorgasbord?
Also known as Viking Restaurant, this was another popular smorgasbord. The location was on Illinois Route 72.

Viking Smorgasbord
Old Hickory Farm House was a previous occupant of that location.
They served lunch and dinner; cocktails were also available. One thing that led to their popularity was late-night dining. Their featured foods of steak and seafood probably added to their popularity too.
